Verification
Verification may be required to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account email address or provide other information reasonably needed to verify ownership.
Current deletion support
Some information can already be deleted inside the app, such as certain trips, media, notes, comments, notifications, packing items, and social content. Full account deletion is not currently available in the app.
Account deletion requests
If you want your Travel App account data reviewed for deletion, contact support using the details on this page. When your request is verified, we will review what data can currently be deleted or de-identified for the account identified in your request.
What data may be retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, compliance, or to preserve shared trip or expense history for other users. If retained, the information will be kept only for as long as needed for those purposes and then deleted or de-identified where applicable.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 5 business days and complete supported verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by applicable law.
